Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts
· Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable
· Answer questions about Projects or the company
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
· Enter and update customer information in the database
· Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
· Females candidates required only
· Any education background will be fine
· I want Girl with strong communication skills
· Tuesday will be week-off
· 9:30-6:30 P.M Shift timings
· Apart from salary huge incentive will be there
