Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Representatives to join our Learning & Development department to help us to coordinate our participants development initiatives.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Call to customers and explain our services
- Convert the leads
- Follow up them for feedback
- Work with your manager and listen to their instructions
- Collaborate with your team and work accordingly
Your Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience as a customer support representative or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools, e-learning platforms
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (Google Workspace or similar), with an aptitude to learn new tools and software.
Your Skills:
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
