- Focus on achieving targets based. [Retention & Platform Stickiness]
- Interact with customers through Calls (Voice Process)
- Language skills: Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Maintains customer records by updating call/account information in the CRM.
- Recommend potential products, services, and features to customers by analyzing customer needs.
- Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on every conversation. Regular follow-ups will also be a key requirement.
- Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
- Adaptable to change management
- Willingness to Learn and Excel.
