  • Urgent Requirement for Customer Support in International Voice Process for Rotational Shift ( CAB Facility is provided)
  • Exp :- 1yrs to 6 yrs with excellent communication skills
  • Salary : 30% hike on current CTC
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
  • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
  • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to convert it into a sale.
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities / follow up on leads and converting them to confirmed leads.
  • Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
  • Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers
  • Able to work in any shift (Canada, USA, UK, IE)
  • Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • With or without experience.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly (Net Suite).
  • Computer savvy, Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Note : (CAB Facility is provided Should be ready to work for Rotational shift)
