- Urgent Requirement for Customer Support in International Voice Process for Rotational Shift ( CAB Facility is provided)
- Exp :- 1yrs to 6 yrs with excellent communication skills
- Salary : 30% hike on current CTC
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
- Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to convert it into a sale.
- Perform basic account maintenance activities / follow up on leads and converting them to confirmed leads.
- Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers
- Able to work in any shift (Canada, USA, UK, IE)
- Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- With or without experience.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
- Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly (Net Suite).
- Computer savvy, Ability to work well in a team environment
- Note : (CAB Facility is provided Should be ready to work for Rotational shift)
