- We have urgent openings for Customer Support Executive Role(English and Hindi Voice process) with Microland-Bangalore.
- Organization: Microland.
- Location: Bangalore(RMZ Ecospace - Bellandur).
- Experience: 0 - 2 years.
- Role: Customer Support Executive(Voice Process).
- CTC: 2.2 lpa(Take Home: 12k per month).
- Employment Type: 12 months Direct Microland Contract

- Should be willing to work in Complete Voice process (English and Hindi).
- Shift: General Shift
- Proficient in English & Hindi(BOTH).
- Handling customer queries through Phone.
- Provide Level 1 Customer support to end users and Level 1.5 support to ISP Technicians.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and provide CSAT driven resolution. $ Documenting cases on CRM/Ticketing tools. $ Meet process defined SLAs and KRA.
- Adherence to Schedules and processes.
- Adherence to Company policies and guide lines.
- Team Player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
