Job SummaryCustomer Support Executive (chat) is will be responsible for providing online text chat based technical support to users of a variety of computer and other games.Responsibilities and Duties• Manage all contacts with customers to required quality standard• Handle required number of contacts to ensure team meet client expectations• Troubleshooting and researching technical and gaming issues• Keep product knowledge up to date for all client products• Escalate cases to manager or client to achieve timely resolution• Share knowledge and best practice with teamTHIS POSITION WORKS ON ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS.
SkillsQualifications:• 0 – 5 years of prior experience• Class 12+, graduation desirable, not mandatory• A computing/gaming related degree would be an advantageSkills:• Strong analytical skills• Ability to multi task and prioritize own workload• Ability to meet and exceed agreed targets• Excellent team-working skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office• Ability to work under pressure• Flexible attitudeExperience:• Desired customer support/service experience in Chat process• Experience providing customer support by chat• Experience in providing support in a gaming or technical background• Experience in troubleshooting to solve problemsBenefits:For night shift, special allowance and transport facility is provided within a radius of 25 km from the office, near Silk Board Junction in Bangalore.
