Job Description
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Need proper follow up /feedback
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Interaction with client E mail, Chat, Calling process.
- Capable enough to explain the products and provide the most relevant deal in order to achieve your set targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining daily DSR and reporting to your senior.
