Work Location : Whitefield .
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Provide requisite customer support by attending customer calls, mails, letters, fax etc.
Ø Receive, check and enter purchase orders into system, and analyse Backlog orders. Provide necessary input to Sales team on backlog orders.
Ø Ensure Shipment expedites to Customer orders/urgencies
Ø Review lead time with the operations.
Ø Handling routine queries from customers on all relevant issues with respect of Quality, Logistics/deliveries
Ø Interacting with the relevant departments on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ø Co-ordinate with repsective Dept's in order to Achieve the Target provided.
Ø Provide Back-log reports on Weekly basis to Domestic Customers
Ø Establish EMS objectives and programmes
Ø Drive for continous improvement in respective areas
Ø Ensure compliance with all molex policies & procedures in all related areas
Ø Any other projects/work assigned by management
Ø Support Sample activity for Sales and other Functions on traded parts .
Skill Sets & Competencies :
Ø Computer literate
Ø Excellent interpersonal manner and communication skills
Ø Good team player
Ø Fluent in English both orally and in writing
Ø Should be smart and pro-active in work .
