We have an immediate opportunity MNC Client _Dayshift _Customer Support Fresher _Bangalore Location!!!!
Mode: Permanent
Experience:
Fresher’s to 0.6 months
Shifts: Day shift ( 6 workings)
Work location:Kudlu gate
CTC:2.0 LPA
Education Qualification: Any Graduate( even 2nd PUC passed out )

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Customer queries regarding Calls
- Should be fine for 6 days working
- Customer Support, Voice process, Inbound calls, Out bound calls
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications
- Have good learn ability
- Be an active listener and deal well with objection
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
Should be proficient in the following language combination:
Combination:
1.English,Telugu and Hindi( mandatory)
2.English and Oriya
Interview Process:
1. Communication
2. Video Clippings
3. Training
4. Managerial discussion
