Requirements:

  • Excellent command over English (Verbal/Written) 
  • 0 - 1 Year of Customer Service Experience (Preferably Non-Voice) 
  • Any ticketing tool experience would be added advantage, Zendesk is high plus. 
  • Able to take the ownership of the work 
  • Not to be time bound 
  • Open to work in rotational shifts and week off.
