Job Description
Requirements:
- Excellent command over English (Verbal/Written)
- 0 - 1 Year of Customer Service Experience (Preferably Non-Voice)
- Any ticketing tool experience would be added advantage, Zendesk is high plus.
- Able to take the ownership of the work
- Not to be time bound
- Open to work in rotational shifts and week off.
