  • We are hiring Customer Service Executive  for one of our reputed clients in the wealth management industry.This position is on 6 months Contract to Hire on Randstad payroll.
  • Should be able to join in by 11th of August.
  • Working Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM( 9 hours shift)
  • 5 day Working
  • No Transport provided
  • Freshers or Experienced(less than 2 years)
  • Should have basic knowledge of Equity, debt, mutual funds etc
  • Must be a Accounts Graduate ( B.COM, BBM, BBA, MBA)
  • Must have good communication skills (very important)
  • Awaiting results may apply( No Backlogs in 5 semesters )
  • Must Speak good English 
  • Freshers:   Up to 2.8 LPA 
  • Experienced: Up to 3.3 LPA 
  • Answer telephone calls from potential and/or existing customers.
  • Contact customers by telephone in order to assist them with
  • Completing the registration process
  • Scheduling document collection if required
  • Explain our services, and answer questions
  • Call or E-mail potential and/or existing customers with
  • Follow up information
  • Responses to queries
  • Information and updates on their account
  • Record call and/or follow up details in the CRM system
  • Escalate or assign information requests to other members of the teams
Skills Required:
  • Fluent and effective spoken communication in English with a neutral accent
  • Fluent and effective written communication in English
  • Time management
  • Working with MS Office
  • Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
