RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Support Executive you are expected to
- Answer and manage inbound customer queries over mail
- Perform occasional Twitter/Facebook/Instagram postings
- Handle complaints, payments, refunds, maintain payment records
- Provide valuable customer insights to tech and product teams for product improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Patience, maturity and genuine customer empathy
- Good with numbers and MS Excel
- Knowledge on shares and trading would be an advantage but not mandatory
- Bonus: Proven Customer Support Experience
