Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of one year experience in tech support role.
- Basic Knowledge about Linux and networking protocols.
- Providing client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
- Talking to clients through a series of actions over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
- Logging client queries.
- Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
- Maintaining and monitoring the application functionalities.
