Job Description
- Qualification :- Any Graduate / HSC Passed Out
- Age Limit:- 18 to 30
- Salary:- As per Industry
- Gender : Females Only
- Job Timings:- 24/7 - Rotational Shift Timing.
- Working Hours – 9Hours
- Target:- No Target No Sales-Pure Service Calling.
- Work location:- R.T. Nagar, Bangalore
- Designation:- CSR/CSE(Customer Service Relationship) or (Customer Service Executive)
- Com Skills:- English Read, Understand and Speak Compulsory.
- Process- Inbound
- Work JD:- All the CSR will work for all Customer service request only, they does not need to do any sort of sales and there is no Sales target.
- Pick up And Drop Shifts:-
Shift timings:
- Day Shift: 10.a.m. to 7 p.m. (No Pick up and drop Facility)
- Night Shift: 6.p.m. to 3 a.m. (Drop facility is available)
Interview Rounds –
- 1st Round – General Basic Round
- 2nd Round – Communication Skill Test
- 3rd Round – Final confirmation round
