Salary Package details: Rs. 12000 to 17000/- (Fixed Pay/Month) + Incentives (Sales Targetbased).
4) Location:- Bangalore
5) Gender:- Male
6) No cab Facilities
7) Day Shifts only:- Timings 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Weekdays and 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM on weekends
8) 6 days Working

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international
process).
Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
Warming calling to prospects.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams.
Should have a decent keyboard and mouse handling skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Should Possess good verbal & written in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Be precise at work.
Should be a quick learner.
Take ownership of calls/Emails & ability to solve customer complaints.
Should have the tenacity to learn & upskill.
Should be good with MS Office skills.
