Salary Package details: Rs. 12000 to 17000/- (Fixed Pay/Month) + Incentives (Sales Targetbased).

7) Day Shifts only:- Timings 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Weekdays and 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM on weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international
process).
 Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
 Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media.
 Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
 Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
 Warming calling to prospects.
 Communicate and coordinate with internal teams.
 Should have a decent keyboard and mouse handling skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
 Should Possess good verbal & written in English.
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Be precise at work.
 Should be a quick learner.
 Take ownership of calls/Emails & ability to solve customer complaints.
 Should have the tenacity to learn & upskill.
 Should be good with MS Office skills.
