Job Description
- Maintaining customer focus at all times and respond to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone and chat.
- Ensuring all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate.
- Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company.
- Taking ownership of issues raised by users and experts and work with cross teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Capture customer feedback and channelize to internal teams as appropriate.
- Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with supply whenever required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English)
- Experience handling customer support related projects
- Good knowledge of MS office(MS Word, Excel)
- 0.6 - 3 yrs of work - experience
- No of working days - 6 days a week
- Days OFF - Any weekday (not weekend)
- Morning Shift: 6am to 4:30pm
- Evening Shift: 4pm to 2:30am
