We are hiring for voice/semi voice process for top MNC companies.

Job Role:

  • Job Title: Customer Voice Support/Tech Support/Voice Process
  • Domain: Voice, Customer Service, International Voice/Non Voice/Semi Voice
  • Shift: Rotational, Day Shift/, Rotational Shift
  • No. of Positions: Multiple

Job Description:

  • Responsible for customers related queries. 
  • Provide basic Customer service. 
  • Executive is also responsible for providing first class support for non-technical & Technical and escalations coming from customers.
  • Excellent communications skills (Written and spoken)
  • Willing to Work in 24/7 shifts
  • Willing to work for International voice process
  • 0 to 4 yrs work experience 
  • Relevant min 6months international voice/non voice experience.
  • Fresher’s can also walk-in
  • any gradate /UG (Fresher’s 2017 batch with no backlogs)

Experience: 

  • Minimum 6 months of total experience in customer support industry including (voice, customer service)
  • Holds a college degree in any stream. Freshers/UG can also apply

  • Work location: Bangalore
  • Sal: Rs.15, 000 to 25,000 per Month

  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for product development
  • Support tasks include interpreting contractual obligations, invoices, process adherence, customer migrations, and site administration functions. 
  • Utilize other the customer service skills efficiently.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries for the various products and services.
  • Effectively articulate necessary customer and non-technical information to customers in a simple and concise manner.
  • Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing customer support.
