The job involves providing help desk support to customers, in a Chat /Non – Voice/Voice process. The executives are involved in resolving customer queries, retaining the customers & resolving non-technical customer queries. The incumbent needs to work towards maximum customer satisfaction.

Work From Home: Must have Laptop & Internet Connectivity

Skills:

Excellent communication in English Written & Verbal
Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience.
Six days working/ 1 rotational off
Immediate joining
Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
Minimum qualification is 12th Pass.
Age criteria is between 18 to 40 years.
