Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build a healthy and continuous relationship with parents, students, school management.
Achieve weekly targets.
Guide students and parents to install our mobile app and help them with their queries.
Should be able to guide teachers, principals, and institutes on a day to day product queries.
Should be able to handle back-office work.
Should be able to make continuous calls to parents and students.
Handle be able to address technical and non-technical product queries using our ticketing system.

Requirements:

Any Bachelor's Degree.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Teamwork and motivational skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Must have uninterrupted internet connectivity at home (>10 Mbps)
