Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- Build a healthy and continuous relationship with parents, students, school management.
- Achieve weekly targets.
- Guide students and parents to install our mobile app and help them with their queries.
- Should be able to guide teachers, principals, and institutes on a day to day product queries.
- Should be able to handle back-office work.
- Should be able to make continuous calls to parents and students.
- Handle be able to address technical and non-technical product queries using our ticketing system.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must have uninterrupted internet connectivity at home (>10 Mbps)
