queries and solve the issue.
- Role : Fresher / Experienced.
- Work Timings : 9 PM To 6 AM
Description
:
- Handle inbound queries pertaining the
issues
- Remotely resolving the issues
- Build sustainable relationship with the
clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
- Diagnose the issue and try to resolve
alerts
- Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool
- Salary for Freshers starts from 10,000 -
12,000/- based on their performance + Incentives
- Preferably immediate joiners.
