JOB POSITION - CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
- For Herbal Cosmetics , FMCG Start-up Company.
- We are looking for a Young, Dynamic & Passionate Candidate.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS -
- Good Communication Skills.
- English Fluency.
- Active in Social Media -Facebook ,Instagram etc.
- Ability to Develop rapport with Customers and responding to their queries.
- Confident & Highly Self-Motivated.
- Ability to Develop Content for Promotional messages and FB, Blog Posts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of Orders received through Website,Whats app & Calls.
- Developing Good rapport with Customers.
- Initiating Strategies for Getting New Orders & Executing them.
- Active on Social Media & Sharing Promotional Posts on FB,Instagram & Pinterest etc.
- Responding To Customer Calls & Messages.
- Customer Report Generation.
- Content Development for Social Media Posts
- Monday To Saturday.
- Timings : 10:00- 7:00.
- SALARY : 12000-15000.
