In addition to direct customer handling experience, basic computer exposure/aptitude, reasonable typing skills required. Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) and a positive attitude is a must.
Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Care Executive (CCE)
- Resolving Customer query through online chat & WhatsApp.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Cheerful & career oriented Graduate Female candidates with 1 to 3 years Customer handling experience in Premium Retail Stores selling Garments/Apparel,
