Job Summary:
- Role: customer service Executive(Hindi and English)
- Responsibility:should be able to interacts with company's customers provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
- In addition, should deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
- Location:Chennai
- Salary: 13k to 15k
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent Fluency in both Hindi and basic English.
- Shift:24/7 process and rotational shift.No cab facility will be provided but additional allowances for night shifts will be provided.
- For female candidates shift timing will not extend after 8pm.
- Salary:13k to 15k
