Customer Support Executive
Job Description
· Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Client’s products and services including obtaining all information necessary for the resolution of the transaction.
· Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of products and services to customers.
· Be knowledgeable of all Client marketing initiatives and effectively communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
· Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers
· Sales through Customer Service
· All other duties as assigned
· Follow standard processes and procedures;
· Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
· Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
· Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
· Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
· Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Job Qualifications:
· Effective English verbal communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
· Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
· Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
· Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
· Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
· Competent in MS office and web browser environments
· Ability to continually display positive attitude.
· Stay current with system information, changes and updates
