Roles and Responsibility:To take the ownership of their assigned customers query and resolve it at the earliest without any escalations.Basic knowledge of System usage & Excel.To take the responsibility of giving service satisfaction to make the Customer retain with us.Make follow-ups on the pending cases and try to close the issue at the earliest.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of customers.Achieve the average daily call targets with customer satisfaction.Work towards in achieving average Call Quality scores.Achieve KRA scores on regular basis.Maintain the Login hours, Break Hours and AHT.Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.Taking extra mile to engage customers.Follow floor decorum.To be a team player.
Education and Experience:Fresher/experience 0 - to 6 months with excellent communication skill (English, Hindi and Tamil).Diploma or Any Bachelor Degrees.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work along with team.Note: Looking for Immediate Joiner
