Requirements
1. No Of Vacancy – 5
2. Experience - Fresher (Fresh graduates 2020 pass out) / 1yr exp.
3. Preferably Native Hindi speakers with fluent communication skills in Hindi and English both
4. Candidates must be interested in working in the Domestic Voice process (Inbound). On a daily basis 200+ calls will flow
5. No BE, BTECH, MBA Grads, (Will prefer BA BSC BBA BCA BCOM grads)
6. Female candidates will be given first preference
7. Prior experience in Tele calling or Domestic Voice process will be an advantage
8. Job location Nungambakkam, candidates from nearby location or willing to travel till office are preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer queries
2. Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
3. Should able to write good emails to customers as & when required
4. Should able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer complaints
5. Must speak HINDI & ENGLISH fluently.
