Job Description
- English & Hindi - Must
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics pertaining to the Software
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to collect the references from the existing clients
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way on the prescribed templates
- Collect the new Change request and hand it over to product team
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets to fix the issues
- Communicate all the new releases to the clients as and when required
- Close all the inbound emails on day to day basis
- Learn all the new releases and train the existing customers
- Online and Onsite training is to be given to the customers as and when required
- Regional Language
