Job Description
- Establishing rapport & relationship with the customers of the company
- Coordinate with the Customer for Assessments & Training
- Take ownership for generation of reports and share of reports with the client
- Talking to the SPOC at the Client office and get feedback on the product and service
- Reporting to the leadership team the feedback and the corrective action taken
- Prepare and maintain process documents and suggest process changes based on Customer feedback
- Be part of few assessments and training to get the first-hand experience on the implementation
