Job Description
· Good communication skills, Good Attitude, Flexible
· Processing invoices, Customer Preparing Quotation for the Customer enquiries, Payment Request and payment follow ups.
· Communicate with Customers with regards to order progress.
· Handling Customer calls,
· Payment Request and Payment follow ups.
· Generating reports, Good in Excel/Word, Mailing, sending quotation, preparing tender documentation, Customer documentation
· Interacting with customers, assists sales team, Handling customer query, generating reports
Desired Candidate Profile
-Experience in sales coordination or in other administrative positions will be considered a
plus;
-Good computer skills (MS Office)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A team player with high level of dedication
