Job Description

We are seeking an eager, motivated customer support executive to join our growing organization. In this position, you have to manage e-commerce customer support by creating and updating E-commerce website.
Update product detail in the website and work on customer feedback to improve sales.
Run local sales campaign to generate more leads and improve sales
Attend inbound calls and ensure customers are explained about our product and service to convert the into order.
Monitor customer feedback and take action to improve sales
you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel.
The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company.
Eligibility: Any degree with communication skills. Spoken Hindi is added advantage
