Position: Associate - Customer Support Domestic Tamil & English Process at Tech Mahindra (BPS Division)

Mandatory Languages: Tamil

- Should understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
- Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament
- Excellent skills on MS Word & Excel
- Good Typing Speed
- Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skill
