Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Support executive should have manageable communication and listening skill in English.
- Ability to convince customers and provide Customer Service.
- Guest Support executive will assist customers with all their queries.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Guest Support executive will be involved in Inbound & Outbound.
- Maintain Amicable nature over the call, and share a good customer service experience.
