- Responding chats or calls from customers related to our services
- Responding to their queries in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fault resolution and raising tickets to the respective departments.
- Manage and maintain product related databases.
- Ensure quality of data capture from customers.
- Flexibility to shift pattern is must.
- To attend and respond to customer chat or emails and written request when required.
