- Designation : Voice Process (Callers)
- Working Location : Chennai
- Working Hrs :9 hrs (Any timings between 9 AM to 9 PM)
- Package :Rs.14500 CTC & Rs.11550 Take home + Other Benefits
- Week off :6 Days Working
- Language :Good fluency in English with fluency in any one language (Hindi/ Malayalam / Kannada)
- Training Period
- During training working hrs from morning 9 AM to 6.30 PM
- Requirement TAT Immediate Joining
- Hiring for Banking Domain
- Solving Escalated Banking Customer queries.
- High level of customer centricity and consistent customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding customer handling skills and dedication in providing exceptional customer care.
- Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations.
- Provide excellent service to our customers.
- Answering customers calls and solving technical and non-technical issues with the products by following the given instructions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retain them by solving basic queries related to replacements, refunds, billing and service purchases
- Educate customers on how a particular product/service works, recently released products, what type of support is available.
