  • Designation     : Voice Process  (Callers)
  • Working Location : Chennai
  • Working Hrs     :9 hrs  (Any timings between 9 AM to  9 PM)
  • Package :Rs.14500 CTC & Rs.11550 Take home + Other Benefits 
  • Week off :6 Days Working
  • Language  :Good fluency in English with  fluency in any one language (Hindi/ Malayalam / Kannada)
  • Training Period
  • During training working hrs from morning 9 AM to 6.30 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Hiring for Banking Domain 
  • Solving Escalated Banking Customer queries.
 JOB ROLES: 
  • High level of customer centricity and consistent customer satisfaction. 
  • Outstanding customer handling skills and dedication in providing exceptional customer care. 
  • Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations. 
  • Provide excellent service to our customers. 
  • Answering customers calls and solving technical and non-technical issues with the products by following the given instructions 
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retain them by solving basic queries related to replacements, refunds, billing and service purchases 
  • Educate customers on how a particular product/service works, recently released products, what type of support is available.
