Job Description
- We are looking for dynamic and proactive candidates for the post of Customer Care Executive (Voice and non-voice process) for our fast growing E-Commerce company dealing in international import & export of consumer and industrial products between India & USA.
- Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/query through email/call.
- Handling customer concerns, customer satisfaction index (CSI) and customer Satisfaction Index rating.
- Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
- Handling and solving client complaints.
- Taking required actions on customer feedback.
- Candidate should possess good communication skill both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel and Email
- Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
- Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.
