Customer Support Executive
Job Description
2. Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in customer support/Telecalling/telemarketing/BPO's may be an added advantage.
3. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
4. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
5. Providing support to the customers query related to bookings, change in time, venue, payment or any other assistance to be provided.
6. Maintains customer records by maintaining their database.
7. Any other tasks if assigned by the supervisor.
