Job Description:
  • Managing incoming calls/chats for customer service inquiries.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges on chat or calls.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Shift 6 pm to 12 pm or 5 pm to 11 pm.
