Note : Due to covid-19 effect mode of interview is Skype/WebEx/Telephonic
joining after Lockdown- May or June 2020
1) Experience- 0.6 + Years
2) CTC- 17,400 In Hand : 14,000
3) Location- NOIDA
Interested candidates can share updated cv on : : Polytechnic or Degree (Graduate)

Job Role-Candidates should have good communication skills.Need to work on 6*24*7 shifts .Good Knowledge of Microsoft XLCalling customer and providing Second level technical support for the queries and problems.Assessing the severity of the calls.Recording all requests and responding accordingly.Authenticating callers and checking for entitlement of services.Gathering the appropriate information for the type request.Handling escalated call.Ability to acquire; new skills & keep them updated .Work with Local & Global Teams .Proactive and clear communication skills .Quality and Process Knowledge .Should be good in client communication skills .Willing to Work on Shifts based .
