Job Description

We are looking to hire a young and dynamic candidate for a full-time position. An ideal candidate would be an initiator, organised with eagerness to learn and be part of an expanding team.
Simple & easy working method, training will be provided. NO SALES and NO TARGET JOB.
Experience: A minimum 1 year of Customer Support/Customer Service Experience.
Good computer skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate
Shift Timings: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: Rs. 12,000-15,000/month
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by Telephone, Whatsapp or Social networking sites.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Record details of customer complaints and action taken.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
