  • We are looking to hire a young and dynamic candidate for a full-time position. An ideal candidate would be an initiator, organised with eagerness to learn and be part of an expanding team.
  • Simple & easy working method, training will be provided. NO SALES and NO TARGET JOB.
  • Experience: A minimum 1 year of Customer Support/Customer Service Experience. 
  • Good computer skills.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Shift Timings: 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
  • Salary: Rs. 12,000-15,000/month 
  • Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Deal directly with customers either by Telephone, Whatsapp or Social networking sites.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Record details of customer complaints and action taken.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
