Job Description

To provide customer care service to registered users who are looking for matrimonial match.
Meeting customers at their place (Home/Office) and making assessment of their personal, social and financial profile.
Analyzing user profiles and finding best matches for them from database and discussing matching profiles with them to arrange a meeting.
Organizing, managing and attending multi party meetings at various public places as per client's convenience.
Maintaining daily activity report and discussing the same with reporting manager.
The candidate should have good communication skills and should be confident to handle customers.
Analytical skills are required to find the best matches from the company database.
Should have basic knowledge of computers and average to good English speaking skills.
Candidate should be able to work under pressure and should be open presentable to attend customer meetings.
Preference goes to Female candidate.
