Job location: Noida  , Sector 132

Job Description:

• Candidate would be receiving calls from the bank customers and they will have to resolve their queries.
• Queries would be related to their bank accounts, fresh requests, Complaints etc.
• It is an inbound process.

Skill required:

Any Graduate/Undergraduate/ Freshers can apply

Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi

Note : We have  few openings for following regional languages as well

Age : 32 years Maximum

Salary: 15000 – 22000k

Rotational Shifts.

For Females candidates it is Day shift only
Shift timings : 8am – 4pm , 9am – 6pm , 11:30 – 8pm

For Male candidates it is rotational shift ( including Night Shift)]

Shift timings : 8am – 4pm , 9am – 6pm , 11:30 – 8pm , 4pm – 12:30am , 10pm – 7am

Pick up and drop facility is provided.
