Job Description
The job involves customer service work in an ecommerce company in Naraina, Delhi. You will be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries on calls, mails & chats
- Placing outgoing calls to customer for follow up
- Other customer service related tasks
- Daily processes management
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in any field
- Good spoken and written English
