Job Description
- The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting other products and services.
- Besides, they help place orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- They should be able to work under the immediate supervision of the team leader or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- The candidate should be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.
- The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area with good command of the English language.
