Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Take customer calls and resolve them (Inbound)
  • Call some of the customers whose booking has failed and try to find out what problems are customer facing while doing train ticket booking on Trainman app (Outbound)
  • Reply to customer emails and feedbacks
  • Required Work Experience:
  • Candidates with prior experience in customer support will be preferred.
Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Hindi speaking is a must. Also English writing skills should be excellent.
Education:
  • Candidate should at least be a Graduate (B.Sc / BA / BBA or similar degree). BA in English Hons is preferred.
Location:
  • This is a full time job and the candidate has to come to our office which is in Vipul Square (Near Galleria Market), Gurgaon.
  • Timings:10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday
