Job Responsibilities:
- The Job will be on our internal application on different platforms(i.e. SMS, Voice and Email).
- Interact with the client by email or phone for maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting issues.
- Providing end to end closure of issues and taking care of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile-
- Accountable for keeping the service quality levels.
- Must have a good understanding of technical terms, interpreting the information and accordingly taking the right decision.
- Ability to build rapport with client and customers is of utmost importance.
