The Job will be on our internal application on different platforms(i.e. SMS, Voice and Email).
Interact with the client by email or phone for maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting issues.
Providing end to end closure of issues and taking care of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile-

Accountable for keeping the service quality levels.
Must have a good understanding of technical terms, interpreting the information and accordingly taking the right decision.
Ability to build rapport with client and customers is of utmost importance.
