Responsibilities and Duties
The Product specialist would be responsible for Tele sales the opening mainly encompasses technical sales role.
Target oriented, Punctuality, Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Convincing
skills,Initially Eligibility leads are assigned and one should be capable enough to convert those leads into sales either by calling or sending emails to the customers.Maintaining after sales rapport with the customers.Maintain call volume of 75-100 calls per day to qualify leads and create pipeline for the Business Development Team.Out bound sales.Generating leads/ prospects for conversion of sales through cold call.
