Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Interaction with customers
- Responsible for coordinating with the prospects to verify and or retrieve the required information.
- Updation about products and services.
- Promotional activity information.
- Feedback from customers.
- Maintaining accurate information of the customer records.
- Referral from customers for CFE and Retail.
- Cross selling the ancillary products
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, preferably having worked in a International call centre earlier and good command over English, Hindi.
- Malayalam speaking will be an added advantage.
- Neutral Accent is required.
- Target oriented person with good convincing power.
- 2 to 4 years of Experience in Outbound call centre will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
- Should be a team player.
- Candidate should be good at Computers.
