Key Responsibilities:

Effective Interaction with customers
Responsible for coordinating with the prospects to verify and or retrieve the required information.
Updation about products and services.
Promotional activity information.
Feedback from customers.
Maintaining accurate information of the customer records.
Referral from customers for CFE and Retail.
Cross selling the ancillary products

Knowledge & Skills:

Candidate should have excellent communication skills, preferably having worked in a International call centre earlier and good command over English, Hindi.
Malayalam speaking will be an added advantage.
Neutral Accent is required.
Target oriented person with good convincing power.
2 to 4 years of Experience in Outbound call centre will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
Should be a team player.
Candidate should be good at Computers.
