Position: Executive - Customer Support (Voice Process) and Team Lead

1. Undergraduate / Any Graduate (Preferably (Fresher to 3 years) of international customer support experience)* (3+ years for Team Leads)
2. Excellent Communication Skills*
3. 24/7 work environment (Day / Night / Rotational Shifts)*
4. 5 days a week*
5. Weekly rotational offs*
6. Age criteria - (18-35) years*
7. American accent fluency is required.
