- Handle online party inquiries & help them book through email and phone calls.
- To be able to answer customer inquiries using the standard guidelines properly.
- Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to resolution.
- Extremely interested in taking calls with sharp focus on targets.
- Good convincing skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Languages Known: Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Experience Required: 0-2 years
