Requirement:

  • Should be good in communication (English) as this project is related to Domestic Voice Process.

Skills Required:

  • The position requires strong communication skills for developing quality leads and establishing relationships with clients, plus good critical thinking and decision-making skills used when analyzing financial histories.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills help the mortgage account executive navigate the sales process and successfully close deals.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure helps when juggling multiple client accounts at once.

  • Respond To Customer Complaints In Writing In A Professional Manner In Order To Maintain Good Customer Relations.
  • Respond To Customers Ensuring That They Are Treated Fairly And That A High Level Of Service Is Delivered. Keeping Customers Informed Of Any Delays In Accordance With Procedures And Customers’ Expectations.
  • Essential Requirement: Good Written And Oral Communication Skills.
